you can walk in, but you will have to call about what insurance they take.
Sign into your sjra account and the reports are there
If you know the password you should be able to just enter your old email and password. If not, do you have access to the old email? If you have access click the forgot password link and go to your old email account and reset it. Then log into your profile and change the email address and username. If you don't have access to your old email account you will probably need call them( tech support) or start a new account with the new email.
