I signed my lease on January/29/2021 I moved out before I could even move in I was told by Derrick the property manger that everything has been cleaned and there were no pest well when I walked in to the apartment is was a complete mess everything was extremely dirty the cabinets and dishwasher were broken the Sheetrock on the walls were completely destroyed and there were roaches on the kitchen floor so when I called derick he came to the unit and tried denying that they were roaches when he was looking at them then he picked one up looked at it and threw it back on the ground well after 30 min of back forth arguing I got my refund later that night at 9.30pm so if ur looking for a place to live I wouldn’t recommend this place very unprofessional and unlivable conditions the unit number was 13 never again.

Manager is great, apartments are okay. Parking is no good if you have more than one car. Peaceful.

I write my reviews prior to publication to provide an unbiased opinion as possible. On occasions, after my preliminary review is written, I do have to add to my review due to incidents that occur after my initial writing of the review. I was an applicant at these apartments but I did not make it pass the application phase so I am not able to review the quality of living here. Pros - Rent was offered to me at a rate lower than their website listing. - There were no hidden fees not listed on their website. - Friendly and knowledgeable manager. He was taking notes which reassure me that he does his best not to forget any request made of him. - Accepts indoor cats with current vaccination. He did emphasis that it was my responsibility to keep up on the care of my cats, i.e. cleaning litter box, brushing my cats, vacuuming. - Covered assigned parking. - Coin driven laundry room. Cons - Rooms are smaller but so is your rent. - If you have had negative credit or problems in your background, do not waste your time applying at these apartments. If a proper background check was performed, the only thing that could have appeared was a misdemeanor that occurred over 10 years ago. I suspect this is what caused my application to fail. These people absolutely do NOT believe in second chances so save your application fee for a place that does. - This is part of the second Cons. A proper credit/background check was NOT performed for my application. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, in the State of California, consumers are given a minimum of 5 days to dispute any negative findings. It is State and Federal Law that any negative findings have to be mail to the consumer so they can dispute it. I have never been late on any credit payment and my credit score is 690. Under this same Act, it is considered unlawful to use any legal incident beyond 7 years so my misdemeanor should not be considered. I do believe in second chances which is why I didn’t proceed with legal litigation, so let this be a warning to the apartment management as well as to the consumers. There are documented cases where the plaintiff has won a total of $10,000 per incident where this law was not followed. Overall, I was greatly disappointed that I wasted my time and money due to an improper credit/background check. If this is done to you, please follow up with legal action as these people obviously will not change their ways unless this is done. Most lawyers will take your case with a promise of a percentage of your case winnings.
