The only complaint I have is the parking sucks, but overall it's a nice small complex and almost everyone here is really nice and help each other out. It's pet friendly, it has a nice pool for summer, and close to Dollar store and grocery stores.

I have lived here for over a year and love it. The complex is kept clean. It is very quiet compared to other apartments I have lived in. The community is small, only 20 units, and neighbors look out for each other. The only complaint from me is lack of parking, each unit has one designated space and there are only 7 additional spaces for extra resident vehicles. No guest parking available, although there is parking available on the street.
