Hmm everytime we go its pleasant and she just got my dog and was rubn and kissed her ontop of her head them walked off and did what she was suppose to do..It was shocking ti me she was able to do all that my dog like nothing until she knows you..The only time i hear whining is when they put them in cages while doin other dogs..We take our dogs there for there grooming etc...Its always a good vibe n there... Hmmm I dont know everyone perseves different🤷 Good luck
