They will not issue a replacement in office anymore, but you will get it in about 7 days if you call for one. If you don't know the 800# or your card #, call 2-1-1. No need to go to the office. They'll just tell you to call anyway.
Yes you can go in and their is someone their to answer questions
Can you go up to the office & pick up a new card if it’s been lost ?
