Yolanda was absolutely wonderful- so gracious . She was busy but made many efforts to make people feel welcome and unfailingly said “goodbye and have a nice day” to each person. This was a pleasant experience and that was because of Yolanda!

They usually arrive in a couple of weeks. They have an expedited service for more $$ that will get it quicker, or you can pay a service to walk it through the HQ in Houston and you'll have it in a couple of days.
