An entire office full of people, but no one can help you. There's not even a receptionist. Then I spent two hours on hold only to talk to someone who wasn't trained in CP11 forms and when they transferred me to another agent the phone hung up. These people are worthless.

Not able to ever get through. How is someone able to report, resolve or identify a problem to these guys ? This makes no sense. I need a number to the local office.

I would start with the SSA. If they are using it for tax fraud irs.gov might help.
I been receiving scam calls about tax fraud and I'm under investigation. They threatened me and told me I needed to watch my mouth or go to jail. Is there a way I can file a complaint? I blocked the number, but I've feeling they find other ways!

If you are working with a Revenue Agent or Revenue Officer, they will have their own dedicated e-fax number that goes directly to them. If you are trying to send documents via fax, for filing purposes, you cannot do that to my knowledge.
