spectrum is the worst internet service ever. I have been through 4modems and routers in the last year, had a tech out to my location and have upgraded my internet to 400mbs and still have not seen any positive results. Also since i ended the service they cut off my internet 10 days early before my request day even though I already paid for it. This just doesn't make sense. Terrible!
