My brother found this company in Google, they came check our roof and gave us a quote. After our insurance approved the repairs they were able to fix the damages the last storm created on our home. They were great, friendly, and finished on time. Nice company overall.

I called Texas Builders because the last roofer messed up my chimney, to be honest I was hesitant at the beginning but at the end they did an excellent job.

Great local roofers, they came and helped me fix my gutters.

I had significant damage to my home from a storm and was completely in the dark about how to handle this through my insurance company. Shawn Kharrazi with Texas Builders came and met with me and went through all the damages even taking photos of my roof so I could see everything. My insurance company was fighting with me about replacing the whole roof but Shawn went above and beyond to fight for my best interest and get my insurance company to replace the entire roof. He was able to prove damages on my gutters, interior and fencing that was all covered in my claim as well. If you are looking for an outstanding General Contractor that's willing to fight for you look no further than Shawn at Texas Builders. I can't thank him enough for all of his hard work. He even recommended a better insurance carrier that would take care of me and do what's right by their clients. I'll be using Texas Builders from now on for anything related to contracting and referring my friends and family to them as well.

Different materials and styles of fences carry different costs to install. Material cost is approximately 60% and then the labor cost. The cheapest fence is wire and vinyl is the most expensive. On average the cost of a typical residential fence is $1,500.00 to $4,500.00 for a typical lot size in the Fort Worth area. The length of the fence obviously determines the cost as well.
Technically, it’s not very hard to install a fence especially if done by professionals. But the time required is influenced by many factors like the size of the job, the type of fence, length, conditions of the site, current weather, among other things. Usually, it takes us an average of 2-3 days for fence installation jobs here in Fort Worth for most wooden fences.
There are many general contractors in Fort Worth, TX. But if you want to choose the best contractor for your project, you need to look for a proven track record on work and customer service. Asking questions like 1) how long have you been in business? 2) do you have a local office? 3) what credentials and licenses you currently have? 4) can you show me past clients and referrals? Reality is these are only initial questions but doing a good research on the company is always a good start plus a reputable contractor should always be more than happy to respond all of your questions.

The cost of a new roof depends on many factors, including the size, slope, configuration of the roof; the degree of difficulty; the materials, the time of the year for installation, among other things. For most homeowners in Fort Worth, the general estimate for a new roof is between $7,500, to $11,500. But keep in mind that price is only one part of the total picture. So keep in mind that a low bid is not always the best bargain.
The four most popular types of roofing material are shingles, tile, single membrane (PVC, TPO, OR EPDM), and metal. During a visit to your house, our experts can determine which material best suits your home. Every roofing material has its own advantages. Usually homeowners select materials based on durability, affordability, style, color, and, warranties.
Roofing is definitely not a DIY. Roofing is a serious business and should not be done unless you have prior experience. Working at heights can also be dangerous. That's why it is only recommended for specialized, knowledgeable, and highly skilled workers.

If your property has gutters and any downspouts, we will check them for you before any work is done. If they are working properly and in good shape, our experts will work around them. Not always and the best recommended option for you is to get your roof inspected to assess the damage if any. A roof leak is a sign that problems might exists. It could be a major or minor one but you will never know until a professional gets to check everything on your unique situation. Your problem can be as simple as some flashings have come loose or small cracks. If these kinds of problems are handled immediately, your situation can generally be solved by some repairs but if ignored they can grow into major problems which can lead you into replacing the entire roof. Remember prevention will always be your best friend.
The lifespan of any roof will depend on several things. Things like the type of roof you choose, the materials, the installation, the local weather, the regular maintenance, among many other things. A superior quality material roof can last up to twenty years with regular maintenance. Usually, asphalt shingles last from 15 to 20 years; wood shingles from 10 to 40 years, clay or concrete tiles for 20+ years, slate can last 30-100 years, and metal roofing from 15 to 40+years.
