I had damage to my existing asphalt shingle roof this past spring. I figured at some point I would need to replace the roof and always wanted an upgraded look to complement the architecture of our home. I consulted with vertical roofing. They walked me through the whole process, worked with my insurance company, and etc. In fact the shingle I wanted was a composite cedar shake that was way beyond my budget, and Kyle tried to steer me to other comparable products that were more reasonable in price. However I just couldn’t get off this one product. They weren’t pushy and actually took the time to look at ways to reduce the price so I could get what I wanted. They did. I seriously have the nicest roof in Parker County. In a day an age where people only post bad reviews I wanted to let potential customers know they’re awesome. Much appreciated guys.

They really go above and beyond in after install support too which is just as important as the install. They replaced my roof after a hail storm with a great new impact resistant roof and two solar powered attic breezes. When the motor died in the attic breeze the manufacturer replaced the motors under the lifetime warranty, but they don't cover labor. It would have been costly given what was involved. Vertical Roofing didn't hesitate to come out and replace them free of charge. Thanks Kyle and the folks at Vertical Roofing!

They schedule to come out and even had the supplies in front our home for days and did not do the work. The crew decided not to do the job and wasted my time. Now I get a call from the owner telling me they lost crews and now my job is canceled. If you are deciding to use this company just know that you will be waiting no matter what the sales guy tell you. Update *** Its funny that you want to make yourself look like the good person and make it seen like I wanted the work done in 3 days which is not TRUE. Your crew came to my home and left after waiting for a month to do the job. Stop making sorry excuses to help your bad review look good.
