This is a pretty good Best Buy. The staff is nice and knowledgeable which is a cool change. I do wonder if they have a lot of theft here as the amount of touch points from blue shirts lol. We took our kids(5 and 1) here just to get out and pretty much walked the entire store. No matter the section we went to, the staff was well trained in their departments and could answer pretty much any question thrown at them. If your looking for high end stuff...they have a smaller Magnolia section so go look at it somewhere else and then come back here and buy it 😉. Will definitely be back and appreciate the positive experience that we had. Would have given 5 stars but with the smaller location...they didn't stock what we were searching for in store. Keep up the great work!!!

BEST BUY CLOSES MY CARD DUE TO NO ACTIVITY. DIDNT SEND ONE EMAIL REGARDING THIS. COMING INTO CHRISTMAS TIME AND CLOSES THE ACCOUNT TO SOMEONE WHO PAYS THEIR CARDS… UNBELIEVABLE! AT LEAST WAIT TILL AFTER THE HOLIDAYS AND SEE IF I USE IT. NOW YOU LOST THE CHANCE OF SELLING SOMEONE EITHER ON THE CARD OR CASH. ALSO THEY BOMBARD YOU EVERYDAY WITH ADS AND IT BECOMES WHITE NOISE. SLOW YOUR ADS DOWN AND MAYBE PEOPLE WILL LOOK AT THEM. *This might be partially why your stock is down over 44 percent in the last 12 months. Bad customer service.

It'll literally be faster to go in store at this point cause I was just there a month ago and the phones throughout the store were ringing like crazy and people were asking multiple questions. Sorry this is long winded but depending on the question it may be easier to check for what you need through the best buy app. Hope this helps a little😇
Unfortunately, you get patched to a switchboard which may or may not connect you with the store. The one time I did get someone at the store, the associate helped a little before putting me on hold before hanging up.

Honestly you would be better off replacing it. You can get a fairly inexpensive note 9 that you will be much happier with. The note 5 doesn't even get security updates at this point
