I am trying to get ahold of someone at the store how can I get a phone number because the phone number only goes to a switchboard

Unfortunately, you get patched to a switchboard which may or may not connect you with the store. The one time I did get someone at the store, the associate helped a little before putting me on hold before hanging up.

They send you to an international customer service which can either be anywhere in the USA or in the Philippines. Best Buy has the worst customer service ever and will go out of business within a few short years.
