I have Samsung galaxy note5 that was initially having problem of error message ,"process system is not responding ". Right now the battery is not responding to charging . Can it be fixed at your shop and how much will it cause me?

Honestly you would be better off replacing it. You can get a fairly inexpensive note 9 that you will be much happier with. The note 5 doesn't even get security updates at this point
