I had already tried with 3 other buyers they all backed out last min. Alonzo with JZ home buyers, was patient and understanding as he worked with me and my anxiety about trying again. I was at a place where I just wanted to cry from the stress. Alonzo come out gave me an offer I accepted, and closed with in 1 month. I'm crying now from relief. I got my money 1 day after signing the closing papers, which were super easy the Mobil They bought the house as is, so I took what I was wanting to keep and left, no stress about cleaning it all out anything.
