We had a really good experience applying for our kids' passports here. I just assumed that it was going to be kind of like the stereotypical DMV experience dreaded by everyone or something... But it was an extremely nice time. The people working here were so helpful and very friendly. They were kind to our little kids, very patient, and just really went out of their way to be friendly. The specific lady who was helping us was Yolanda. She was absolutely lovely to our family. She also spoke so kindly about how they've had a lot of kids come in recently. It was a real blessing to come here. We honestly had a really peaceful and happy time being at the office. From a logistical standpoint: They take walk-ins if they have availability, but it really helped that we had an appointment. We were seen quickly when we arrived and signed in.

That is correct. They are sent to the Department of State along with the application.
Good morning, the only way to receive a passport the same day you apply is to go to the Dallas Passport Agency (Department of State). They do see a limited number of appointments; however, it is usually based on emergency need. Please be aware of some companies that fraudulently claim they can get you a passport the same day. Yes, we do offer passport photos. Most any color is fine. However, a white shirt won't show up with the white background. The shirt should be modest, and camo is not allowed.
