It would be wise not to go with her if she is not required to give any biometrics. Due to Covid it's not advisable. Staying safe is important and that's what they are trying to practice for our own good.

The USCIS of forthword 5932 Quebec on the Monday that I went had a memo on the door saying that as of Tuesday the appointments remained. Canceled and would be reassigned with a new appointment in the next 30 days. They gave a phone to call in case your new appointment did not arrive, I think it is the same number that comes in the letter that came with the first appointment. I suggest you check your emails or enter the uscis page

You can but you'll need to file form I-131 Travel Document and have it approved before you leave the US. If you travel without an approved -131 your citizenship application will automatically become void and u wont be allowed to enter. Also note that just having an approved I-131 is NOT a guarantee that you'll be allowed back in because once you come back, the airport immigration staff will determine if you can enter or not.
