Useless. Local store was closed for renovation so went to another Best Buy only to find no one to help us and when we finally received help they did not have the product (in any color). Decided to look for another item (one stop shopping) and wanted to buy the product but again not a blue shirt in sight. Left the store empty handed. Went to a different store and received immediate help in a variety of colors. One star was generous because there wasn't an option for negative stars.

Went last week, ordered, paid and was told appliances would be in Friday, but apparently my order got stuck in nowhere land. My appliances never got ordered and now they are out of stock! Best Buy just lost my future appliances business. (I did order the microwave though, they are the only ones that have it). Costco and Home Depot to the rescue. Sales people were friendly but had never seen this happen before… I guess I’m the lucky one. I’m glad it wasn’t a necessity to have the appliances this weekend.

Does anyone really need another Best Buy review? This one at Cascade Station in Portland still has a separate in store pickup. The Jantzen Beach story makes you go through the cashier's line. Otherwise they are all pretty much the same. Order online for pickup or curbside delivery to avoid getting to close to people.

I wish I had looked at the names of the two guys who helped us when there was a mix up on our mobile order. They went above and beyond to get our item so we didn’t have to make another trip. They didn’t have to. They chose to search rather …

Geek Squad would be their tech service that could help get you set up, or you could search Youtube, there are a lot of very simple how-to videos there!
I don't know for sure but I would guess that they would offer that as a service beings as they sell extremely high-end televisions
$100 at most places. Once an ipad is 10+ years it's time to replace. They will stop issuing updates for that model soon rendering it to the value of a very expensive brick.

I'm not sure. Just went in for a screen protector for my phone
Best Buy has made it a priority to keep their stores and associates safe, they control customer traffic and have masks, plexiglass, and encourage social distancing. Both customers and associates must wear a mask in most stores where mandated by governors. They do have sanitizing areas where sanitizers are available, they don't outwardly say anything but they will be pointed out or easily visible.
You shouldn't but you may want to give them a call before you haul it over there.
Laser printers do not require ink! Instead they use toner, which lasts far longer than printer ink. This model of printer comes with some starter toner cartidges, which will last you about 1000 pages.
Did you speak with management or geek squad?
According to the Geek Squad website, they only do PC and Cellphone repair. Your best bet would probably be to contact Microsoft and see if they can repair it
Sorry, no idea
I'm a reviewer. Go online prices are better
Don't really know but when I was there I saw plenty of cable wire Google it before you make the trip
Don't know.... Please contact store.

The prices can range from $39.99 - $500. If you want to look for the correct one, go to https://www.bestbuy.com/site/searchpage.jsp?st=Sennheiser+HD+headphones&_dyncharset=UTF-8&_dynSessConf=&id=pcat17071&type=page&sc=Global&cp=1&nrp=&sp=&qp=&list=n&af=true&iht=y&usc=All+Categories&ks=960&keys=keys
No, I've never been in a store that offered to sell them
Yes, you can. Just make sure you either have a digital receipt or a physical receipt. They have been cracking down on allowing returns for items without proper documentation.
Do you sell and replace battery for dell XPS at store?
Check the website; I've found it to be pretty reliable. BB is my go-to store but, if they don't have something, my backup -- especially for less popular items -- is Fry's. (The nearest store is Wilsonville but it's typically worth the trip).
Should be able to. If you sign up for their rewards program they keep your purchases in your history.

I don't think so. Check on the website or app, they are very helpful.
Don't know you should probably check the website. I don't work there. And there's lots more online than there is in the store
