I have been a Best Buy elitePlus member for a long time. Last year, for the first time, I spent $3200 instead of $3500, so I became a Best Buy Elite member (losing my elite/Plus membership status). The end of June, I purchased a window air conditioner. About two weeks later, it stopped working. I called the manufacturer and they walked me through the reset process. When that didn't work, they told me to return the unit to Best Buy for an exchange. The unit was not in stock in the store where I purchased it, nor at any other BB store in the area, so I called the Best Buy Service line. It took me an entire day to get a hold of someone to discuss how I exchange the unit (when it is not in stock in the store). I was told that I only had 2 weeks for an exchange and that the 2 weeks had expired. I told them I was a Best Buy Elite customer and that I had 30 days. Regardless of my argument about being an Elite member, I was told I only had 2 weeks to exchange. Confused, I decided to Google the problem and was surprised to find that the Elite/elitePlus programs had been terminated. What I didn’t understand is why a Best Buy rep didn’t tell me the membership program had been terminated. They let me argue that I had a 30-day return policy without explaining why I didn’t. What really angers me is that I spent $3200 at Best Buy last year to earn an Elite membership for this year. But apparently Best Buy doesn’t care that I lived up to my end of the agreement. So, guess what Best Buy, from this point on, you have lost all my dollars. I will spend the 8,000 points I have (assuming I haven't lost them as well) and then we are done. I am no longer a Best Buy customer. Ever!

I had A really nice experience here today purchasing an AC unit after being disappointed with the one I bought From Home Depot. The greeter at the door was so Nice, went past him like 3 times and each time he was friendly, and Austin helped with the AC unit. He was super nice too. The unit works great and it was just an all around great retail experience

Another place I gotta stay away from! Lol. Coming here always gets me wanting more than I really need. Maybe it's been a good thing lately that they haven't had the things I want not in stock. 🥴. Overall,it's an adult candy store. Service has always been good. Good brand names to choose from. I like the store.

The help I receive at this specific Best Buy has generally been extremely helpful. If it was just based on the help (once received), it would be a 5 star. The main problem is the wait time. Each time we go in to this store, we have waited approximately 15 minutes just for someone to be able to help us. I would like to understand and say it is due to Covid related problems, but if I remember correctly it was also like this pre pandemic. It is even harder because their new phone system doesn't go to their store, although it won't tell you that. It will put you on hold for hours and never say anything. We finally had to give up and go in. The employee told us that is because they no longer take calls there. I couldn't believe it! The phone system didn't say that. It is even more weird that places are trying to limit in store interactions and then they do this. Not everything can be answered online it through a robot chat. It is absolutely frustrating!

Called this week had the same problem.
In my experience at the Cascade Station Best buy it's always been great. Yeah they can be slow. I dont call unless I need Geek Squad only. As sales reps on the floor are hard to find over the phone.
I know right I feel the same way plus Best Buy's too expensive
You do realize that this link has nothing to do with the store. This review is from people who have shopped there. So send your money else where. Often they have only one person to answer the store phones.
Most of the common size lense caps are carried in store, you would just need to know what size you are looking for.
If an item was purchased at a Best Buy store or online at bestbuy.com, it can be returned to any Best Buy location. Otherwise, items can be traded in for store credit. You will get more credit for items in good condition.
Yes, but all of their stereos and amps have to be ordered. They don't have any in stock at the location.
They have limited occupancy, spacing at check out stands, online ordering and pickup (preferred), mask requirements for staff and customers, etc.
As if your luck is going to be better? When I got there they said they couldn't find the curbside pickup order that said it was ready. Frustrating but ok... I told them I was willing to drive to Cascade Station location, asked them to call them and set it up. I kid you not, the associate told me there isn't a single shred of contact info between stores. I still dont believe it. I kept insisting because it was so unbelievable... Dont you have area managers? What do you guys do when you need to reallocate stock between locations? Two different employees, questioned separately were positive that what I was asking them didn't exist. I go to Cascade anyways and hope someone competent will be there. The store manager was a literal robot, told me it's now too late and they can't pull the item till tomorrow. Didn't care that I have to waste my time and gas to return the next day, EVEN THOUGH WE'RE ALL HERE RIGHT NOW AND THE PART IS INSIDE THE STORE AND MY AMEX HAD ALREADY BEEN CLEARED
Not everything. some things are sure, but a lot is not. I bought a fire stick off the shelf. However video cards and motherboards were in a locked case
Wish I could I don't know anything about that ask the store one of those people probably know how to do it
There are a few over in the gaming section, but they tend to disappear fast when they're on sale.
Keep calling
Some yes, some no, there is a trade-in program link on the bottom of the website where you can find out if your laptop is eligible and get an idea of it's trade-in value.
No, they are very nice and helpful, they even gave me a free phone just because of a little bit of water damage, all that was broken was the aux. Honestly I would give it a 10/10 service.
I'm not sure but if you Google that you would probably go to that website you can probably find out that way everybody has Walmart
Best buy at Cascade Station is great, great service, in store. Not so much over the phone, great products and availability
some locations do, it is up to the discretion of the location.
Roku stick cost $49.99, while Ruko stick+ cost $59.99.
I can do it let me know if you want me too.
Yes they carry some, depends on how new the apple product is.
As long as best buy is selling the model of said phone. They won't buy it otherwise.
