I recently bought an Apple ipad from Costco. I am not familiar with Apple products; there is no manual; I got no help from Apple customer service. Does Best buy have a service that someone would come to my home and get me setup on the Ipad?

Best Buy has the geek squad. I would also go to a Apple store to see if they can help you.

Call their Geek Squad. I think they will make home calls. You might also query eBay or call Fry's to find a manual.
