Terrible experience at this store. We came in to transfer a line, open a new line, and move 3 phones over to the new account. We were also purchasing 3 new phones. The representative was terrible. Not only was he rude, but he lied to us about promotions. I feel scammed into a promise of rebates, with no return on them. He basically told us we'd each get $300, and 2 of those have already been declined. Why? Because he lied... Then I came in to speak with a manager to see if we could find a resolution. He called me back a day later with another code to submit that was also declined. So I called him back since he gave me his card. He said he'd look into it. This was weeks ago, and I've heard nothing. I'd hate to inconvenience these people again. The lack of professionalism and customer service is pretty mind blowing. I'd avoid this location if possible. Edit: adding that I emailed the address left by them below. No response. No surprise. This was never resolved. We were scammed.

That sounds like you need to actually contact a Verizon store as this isn't really a technical issue forum. Most of the employees are helpful. Go either first thing when they open or an hour or so before they close. Much better service.
You should probably go into store for that.
