I was treat so well after being very stressed out day of a rafting accident in which I lost my phone/wallet to the river, and was surprised to encountered a really helpful, and sweet sales person (Imari) at the Tanasbourne store… Thanks for all your help, and education about my new IPhone 13 pro max and I even came back and purchased a Apple Watch, a kind strange found my other phone contacted me, and AT&T gave me a $700 trade in for it; was very unexpected!!! Thanks to your team

I have has less than great customer service for duration of my time with AT&T. Yesterday I spoke to Anthony @ 2711 NW town center dr. And he made everything I asked for happen we got our phones upgraded and we got our phone information corrected so the APP is giving us correct information.

I went and explained my situation calmly and clearly but one of the women working there was incredibly dismissive and said it as a carrier locked problem when it wasn’t and didn’t bother to look into the issue at all. Then when I showed the flaw in her presumption by being logical she didn’t believe me (I asked how can it be carrier locked when I was able to text and use data). She also refused to speak to a relevant person on my friend’s phone so I asked for the phone number for the store so they can talk to them through the store telephone instead and once again she refused to cooperate saying I can just Google that myself and refused to provide the number even though it would’ve been more convenient. The only reason I give it two stars is because someone else took over and was actually being helpful, cooperative, and listened to what I say instead of being very dismissive and without basically telling me to go home. Kyle resolved the situation for me (I was right, it wasn’t a carrier unlock issue), so this place gets a second star because of his helpfulness and friendly tone (unlike the other representative). Otherwise, it would be one star for sure.
