I feel bad for the employee(s) I went in to get a basic question answered. The one and only employee visible was helping a customer, with another waiting. The employee was trying to get help on the phone. ATT left her on hold for 15 minutes, unable to help her, then told her she had the wrong department. Argued that she should do again what she already tried multiple times. After another 8 minutes with her on hold, I left. This employee did not have the ambition or permission to try to deal with a waiting customer(s) while on hold, and I don't blame her. Her employer can''t expect to have happy customers with only one staff person. Another person walked out of back room(employee?) and spent almost the entire ~30 minutes I was there outside smoking. Maybe it's also a nobody shows up for work situation. Sad.

Very good store, no attitude from the staff, just honest attempts to help without pressure to buy. I had my phone problems solved, upgraded my service to receive a discount on my bill, and got my new phone in a quarter of the time they said it would take. I'm very happy with my experience in this store.

one person working, waited 30 minutes to be helped. tried to open a new account when i said i just wanted to add a line to my existing account. idk if they’re trained to scam customers, but that’s what they’re doing.

As we were waiting to be helped, the rep Brayden came up to us and told us that if we were looking for a new phone iPhone 12 we needed to go to a different store and then tried to walk away. We hadn’t even said why we were there or what we needed. I tried to tell him weren’t looking for a specific phone, just wanted to see what our options were to replace a phone. He interrupted me to say their stick was low and it didn’t matter, if I wanted a phone I needed to go to a different store. He never let me finish, interrupted me two more times and so we left. If you don’t want to help customers, just say so at that point. This is the third time in the last year I have had bad service here. I keep hoping it’s a “bad day” kinda thing, but it’s becoming a pattern at this store.
