This is the bicycle shop to go to! The customer service is second to none and the service shop is top notch. I desperately needed the bottom bracket replaced on my vintage Raleigh. I use my bike for work daily so it was crucial that I had it back the same day. Not only could they accommodate but they had the bike done in an hour and a half. The old Raleigh runs like a dream now. They didn't even give me any guff for all the Jimmy rigs on the bike and the loctite I had used as a bandaid to keep her rolling before the repair. Can't thank them enough for a speedy and perfectly done repair.

I was originally sold some fenders that did not fit my bike (which I brought in to size), and when I brought them back the next day, the owner told me "I think you probably thought it was easier to put on fenders than it really is". Not very polite, and after he looked at them/my bike it was clear that the fenders were not going to fit in any way. Otherwise, nice looking store, and the mechanic was a good help that provided fast service.
