We stayed at Grand Lodge in peak 7. What an amazing place. Ski in Ski out resort with all the amenities, fitness center, spa, library, indoor pool, fire pits, salt water jacuzzis, Robes for everyone, stunning views, and great restaurant on property. The Gondola is on property and takes you to the different peaks as well as Downtown Breckenridge. I highly recommend!

Awesome resort! Beautiful views and great runs. There is a good variety of difficulty here, so it’s perfect for any skill level. In my time here, lift lines were non existent. With a great mountain and the town so close, Breckinridge resort is a great place to visit!

Snowed everyday since Sunday, now Wednesday. Over 13 inches this week. Skiing is great. Gondola takes you to runs for peak 6,7, and 8. There are lots of chuck holes, but roads are kept plowed. Great food at many eateries from pizza to Italian to Mexican and steaks. Shopping for souvenirs is fun if not cold. The first picture is the mountain with a white out. It has been a very fun and fine trip. Come and enjoy Breckinridge, Colorado.

I'm an East Coast skier .. been skiing for 35 years and finally made it out west to ski for 2 weeks . Breckenridge was absolutely amazing! I'm on the Epic pass so it was one of the many resorts I'll be skiing out here.. staff is amazing and friendly and the terrain never ending and of course the views are to die for 😍

Yes. Look for blue fencing that is lessons
I think the best time to go will be when the schools are back in session.
Buy online ahead of time. Slightly cheaper than purchasing at the mountain.
No sure, but a Google map of Breckenridge should show them. They are likely downtown, less than a 5 minute drive. The resort offers a free shuttle service to guests and if you ask, they will take you whereever you want in the local area.
The ski lift hours are 8:30am-4pm The Gondola hours are 8am-4:45am The Ticketing Offices are open 8am-5pm
There is tubing in a town called Frisco which is 15 mins. away.
I agree with Kristy, you'll want to reserve with an Epic Pass or buy lift tickets early. Many days are becoming unavailable due to reaching max capacity.
There are shuttles that transport you around town, you can ski at breck however, book your tickets in advance, because of covid-19 they are restricting the amount of people that can ski.
Yes, three slopes, the beginners slope and two intermediate slopes. Skied there on Tuesday and it was busy.
WAS . not open yet
Get ready! Here's how: ❄ In order to ski or ride this season, you must reserve your days. The advance priority reservations system is up and running for Breckenridge Ski Resort for ski days between Dec. 8 & April 4 at www.epicpass.com. You must have a day pass or season pass to reserve up to 7 priority days for this season. ❄ If you're planning to ski before Dec. 8, you must make advance reservations at www.epicpass.com but will only be allowed to reserve your ski days a week in advance. Please note: Breck Ski Resort will NOT sell day-of lift tickets prior to Dec. 8. You must buy a day pass or a season pass in advance.
The road maintenance there is top notch, you wont be required to use chains.
Yes and if you want there are several that will deliver to your place
that's a good question. They don't offer too many discounts things like AAA travelers club but they might offer a military should call in advance.
No u can go to Frisco for tubing
Usually there is an arts festival near the beginning of June, check out gobreck.com for events listings!
Great question, perhaps best to inquire with the management. My guess is no but best to ask.
Of course!
Yes
It was 830am last week, may have changed opening and closing times on last push for spring break. I like your "W" logo. That's a awesome place....and as rest of responders, buy your ticket early, on line. Have a great ski day and "send it"....
Breck was originally scheduled to close on April 21st however due to this season's abundant snowfall peak 8 and 9 will remain open through memorial day. You must call to purchase lift tickets for dates past April 21st
Breck is definitely open, however Ski Patrol will likely be working avalanche abatement in the upper mountain (above the tree line) which means some expert terrain will open later, after it is made safe.
And a Peak 8 inside the cafeteria
There's a lot! Check on Breckenridge's website
It's really going to depend where you are trying to go. The town of Breck is dog friendly, but at the ski resort it's likely to vary. Each hotel has their own pet policy so I would recommend verifying those independently.
No. But I would highly recommend checking out Keystone for night skiing!
Depends on your price range. Any of the Grand Lodges (Peak 7 and 8) are perfect for what you want and are slope side but pricey. Hilton has lodging close to Peak 9 as does Beaver Run; they are more affordable. Peak 8 and 9 both have ski school and day care opportunities.
The town really, which is a really well put together, picturesque ski town. Skiing is good, but lots of good choices exist in that area for skiing.
Yes I believe so
Yes, there is a sunrise service, take the Quicksilver lift at the base of peak 9. No ski equipment will be allowed. It loads at 6 a.m.
Kensho chair's opening time is variable, but I've never seen it open earlier than 9:30 or 10am. Your best bet is to check the electronic displays at the bottom of some of the main lifts that show all the lift statuses. As for the T bar, I'm not sure but the same advice holds as above.
You may go there and may check from front desk people they may guide you in it
You cannot really by tickets for cheap so recommend Epic pass
Yeah they have very talented mtn Operations staff that work hard to make snow.
Total terrain 2908 acres, bowls 1061 acres and 617 acres of snowmaking.
As of two days ago, I think there were 9 open, mostly on Peak 8.
If you want to go one the mountain yes there is a charge and to stay in a room at one of the resort hotels yes I would highly recommended a reservation
You mean St. Mary's allice? Its not a glacier anymore. Close is river rafting in Idaho Springs with a couple of outfits good for beginners. Winter Park is a closer ski area with great summer activities (not sure when their season starts, its "mud" season now). Mt. Evens is near also, you can drive to the top and its beautiful.
Breckenridge sets a default date of May 31 for the last day of skiing, but this date is highly subject to change. If snowpack is sufficiently high, the resort will stay open after this date, and if snowpack falls below expectations, the resort may close early. You can follow their closing date announcements at breckenridge.com or by following their Twitter account.
