Breck is definitely open, however Ski Patrol will likely be working avalanche abatement in the upper mountain (above the tree line) which means some expert terrain will open later, after it is made safe.
What a wonderful place. It has been a spectacular experience.
Breck will definitely be open , you won't need to worry about that. But they might not open the higher lifts for the expert skiers if the wind is too high.
