My family and I vacation at Beaver Run every year, we love it!!! We’ve never had an issue with any of the rooms and accommodations, we were even allowed to check in early which was a huge plus for us. Staff is helpful and friendly, too. One of the reasons we love it and continue to stay here is that no matter the weather, Beaver Run has plenty for the kids to do…awesome indoor/outdoor pool, plenty of hot tubs, arcade, indoor putt-putt, etc etc! Plus, it’s a quick walk to shops and restaurants! A+++++

Tracy provided a great tour & was incredibly welcoming. As an intimate facility it is surprisingly adequate...the locker rooms are well-kept & complete with incredibly luxurious, soft, thick robes. The salt-water pool in addition to the hot tubs are clean, serene & well-maintained. The treatment rooms are well-stocked & neatly kept. A very nice experience...will definitely be back!

We had a great time spring skiing at Breckenridge! Beaver Run is perfectly located. Easy to get to the slopes, spa, hot tubs, dining, down town and arcade for the kids. The room was fully equipped. We had 4 of us I would recommend a two bedroom in the future but we made it work. It was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely choose Beaver Run again.

I don't know where some of these people stayed or what their experience was but ours was great and we have stayed at Beaver run twice this season. The condos were nicely updated inside, the pool and hot tub areas are great, there is an arcade for the kiddos, and the food at the market is amazing and easily accessible. Not to mention you are in the best location in Brek for access to the mountain! It's also a nice short walk to town. Someone else complained it was too cold, really! Your are in the mountains in winter, if you don't like the cold go somewhere else, we prefer cold and Pow! BTW, our requests for towels and cleaning were met timely and without any attitude. I also had a great massage at the spa and they have private hot tubs there to unwind after and even served me a glass of wine that was decent and not overprice. Highly recommend Beaver Run!
