Excellent views and amenities. Easy access to everything in Breckenridge. Pull-out couch bed uneven to sleep on with not great linens for it. Dishwasher too small to be practical for large groups/meals. Toilets use too little water.

Overall, this is a great location when you want to walk to the downtown area. The buildings provide free laundry and the rooms were a good size. There's obviously a decision made by management to not allow parking underneath the hotel for the spring and early summer. We were told to park down the road in the basement of another company. We appreciated the kindness of Chris at the front desk. He was there for several days while we were present. We were unimpressed with the other staff as they didn't display the same level of customer service.

Worst place to try and get away for an quick weekend honeymoon. The hotel staff Rejected my wife’s service animal, rude staff along with the suite supposed to be a great Mountain View. Nope just a wall no view nothing what I had selected and called to confirm. If you stay here make sure you just pick another place that will provide for the needs as your looking for a great get away from home this hotel/resort. Place sucked. Only cool thing was the kitchen. Other then that it’s blew. Will never ever stay here or any Marriott again since the staff is such a great help! 🖕🏼

4.5 🌟 great location. We stayed in a studio for 2 nights. It was nice. Bed was great. Bathroom was clean, modern. The studio had a full size fridge, stove, dishwasher etc. The staff was nice. Parking, covered, was close by and included. It is pricey but I'd stay here again.
