Where is the ski school located. We are looking at staying at a place on peak 9 ski in/out. Would this be close?

Yes. Look for blue fencing that is lessons

The good thing about this condo is you can ski down to the main Street and catch a shuttle back up to the condo. You wont need to buy a lift ticket ski for free.

I believe that the ski school is on Peak 8 if my memory is correct.

Brekenridge ski resort has ski school. There is free gondola from bus station near main street. You can stay in any hotel, most of them has shuttle to ski school
