I order two skirts and loved one and hated the other. The exchange process was easy and my new skirt is gorgeous and just what I was wanting! Lesson learned about making specific colour/pattern requests :). Thank you for being so accommodating!

I am delighted with my new tea length skirt. The fabrics are gorgeous. I love the colors. It is a nice length. The ties at the waist are a generous length. It feels very secure, and beautiful

I was so excited to see all the bright things! Alas, I didn't read the webpage carefully enough so I didn't realize the retail shop is still closed for Covid. 😕 I'm in the area just for one day and won't likely be back for a very long time. It's my own fault, but looking at the side of the building, knowing that there are skirts on the other side... Three stars is he best this sad old heart can do.

Need to return a yarn bowl that is much too small and also reaks. Please send me info on how to return it to you. There was no return label in the box I received.

Customer service is very variable- I think it depends on you are in contact with. I am a first-time customer and have been ignored by email. I called HQ today and got just the receptionist, who was- well, very receptive:)- but no customer service was available at all. And no one there seems to be aware of the negative comments so visible just by googling. The comments on the website are much more positive- don't know why that is but perhaps negative reviews are eliminated.

I received a yarn bowl for Christmas but it is too small. Can I exchange it for a larger one?

Their customer service is excellent. The plain white ceramic is a better size.

Does anyone know how long it takes for them to ship yarn bowls? It's been almost a month since payment cleared my account and the site tells me it has not been fulfilled yet.
