Customer service is very variable- I think it depends on you are in contact with. I am a first-time customer and have been ignored by email. I called HQ today and got just the receptionist, who was- well, very receptive:)- but no customer service was available at all. And no one there seems to be aware of the negative comments so visible just by googling. The comments on the website are much more positive- don't know why that is but perhaps negative reviews are eliminated.
