I usually have no issues with the service. The drivers have told me if I'm done early to call and they have mobile drivets available. Every time I have called I am never picked up early. If there are mobile drivers sitting around then why is the customer not picked up. There is always an excuse.
Nope Time
Google maps put me on a 2 hour commute on 5 routes and due to the buses being slightly off schedule and 2 of the drivers passing me at the bus stops I'm going on 4 hours on this nightmare trip. My recommendation is don't take the bus.

Yes. They are running regular schedule today.
The drivers told me they do not follow the times people expect to be picked up or dropped off. Not nice to be picked up for an appt 2HOURS early. Was not ready. Driver said he is waiting only 5 mins. Rude. Asked to speak to a supervisor. She said she IS the supervisor. Last time they did this to me, I told the driver to leave, and called Uber. At least they pick you up on time.😉
Perhaps because the scheduling office is closed on Saturday.
You can look on goolge maps and search bus schedule for that. I don't know off hand
