Why does the PASSPORT office act like you are beneath them? I am disabled and have had problems with this service. 2 hrs early pickup for a dr appt? 1and 1/2 hrs early for 4 dr appts? Delay on getting brought home? Horrible.

The drivers told me they do not follow the times people expect to be picked up or dropped off. Not nice to be picked up for an appt 2HOURS early. Was not ready. Driver said he is waiting only 5 mins. Rude. Asked to speak to a supervisor. She said she IS the supervisor. Last time they did this to me, I told the driver to leave, and called Uber. At least they pick you up on time.😉

I am not sure who you dealt with in that office but I would recommend that you speak to a supervisor and have this issue addressed
