Customer service sucks. Try to cancel good luck had to get credit card company involved emailed several times to cancel then they say you need to call call them they don’t answer leave a message never call back 🤬🤬 They need to get out of the ice age “we can’t cancel online for security reasons “ sure but I can get my bank accounts online no problem so wake the hell up.

Worst watches ever!!! Matches the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. spoke with a Nicole says she is the supervisor and will refuse multiple times to help in anyway or let you speak with her superior. Apparently she says she doesn’t have one!!! Then politely tells you have a nice day because she doesn’t like your questions All they want is your money!! My sons watch would not work right from beginning. I tried contacting them several times…. But NO ONE EVER ANSWERS. You leave a message and then someone will call you back and if you have stated in message there was a problem you will get a very rude call back!!! I’ve never heard a “customer service agent” let alone a supervisor talk to or over someone like Nicole did to me today!!!! She told me I can cancel service and sell the watches to try and get my money back.!!!! Without having anything happen to it my sons watch cracked while on charger. I’m guessing due to it getting very hot for some reason. My kids never even got to use them except for about an hour one day at home. They are extremely non user friendly I did in the end tell NICOLE I wanted to cancel my service and she said she did but no email!!! And I can’t find anything on the site or on the app to cancel service!!! Please don’t get these aweful watches. Go with Verizon gizmo watch. !!!! Way way better!!

Wonderful watch for my 7 year old. At first there were some issues getting it set up(faults of my own) but with tech support they were able to get me up and running quick! tech support was able to answer all my concerns and questions with ease… perfect product for younger kids
