This is overall a trashy/dirty “hotel” the housekeepers don’t clean the rooms properly nor dust. Then when it’s time for check out the “manager” Mike; blames whoever stayed in the room last for the previous persons “damages”. I was charged over $200 in “damages” that Mike said my kids and I caused. Which I know we did not! I have before and after pictures! Once again 0 stars! Lol

$500 credit card hold in addition to the charge for your room. I stay at hotels very frequently I have never seen such a high incidental charge. I can't believe anybody is staying here and paying that

I made a last minute online reservation on the hotel's website while traveling. When I arrived with my wife and crying toddler after 10pm, I was told that the system "should not have let me make a reservation" because they had no rooms left apart from a room that had not been cleaned. The gentleman at the front desk was apologetic and polite. He was texting with his manager and I thought they would help come up with a solution. I was told that another Marriott nearby had one room left, but that it cost another $100. At that point I didn't even care, and told him to hold the room. As I was about to pull out, I was flagged down and told that actually I had to make the reservation online in order to hold the room. Needless to say, I drove around and eventually found a Hyatt with vacancy. In hospitality, it's not about doing everything perfectly; it's about how you fix a problem and make the customer happy. In this case, the manager failed miserably.

Don't get me wrong I have stayed here before and the place itself is nice and well up kept. However today I got the chance to meet the sales representative manager I believe. There was a problem with my reservation and honestly that part was fine once it was explained to me by another employee. My problem was that this manager from her responses the entire time assumed I was lying. That rubbed me the wrong way... a lot actually especially after being told by another employee of her status. She just kept assuming I was lying or twisting the truth whatever the case may be it was offensive. I was a regular customer with a regular dilemma but her assuming or letting off that she was not genuinely believing my situation upset me. As someone who works retail and knows a lot about customer service her being a sales manager and reacting and questioning everything I was saying over and over again the way she did is not ok. On top of all that I am in the military and this is usually my go to last minute place to stay when all local hotels near my base are occupied. She was even questioning that which is offensive, I am honestly just in shock and surprised I kept my composure throughout that entire conversation. Anyway great hotel, but unacceptable especially coming from a manager. I never write reviews but today I had time...
