I have lived here for years..we have mold for hole time I lived here..they send you made up bills...give u viction notice after you pay your rent..every month my water n garbage bill gets bigger ...gate won't let you know when you company is there...pools dirty....but they charge us for all that....this is the worst place I've ever lived......needing some done around here...

Been here over 3 years. The complex has long been known as one with black mold issues, in one case so bad that the previous tenant of my apartment had to move under doctors orders. A neighbor brought me into her unit to show me HUGE Black mold streaks all through her rooms, and spots on the wall that you could easily poke your finger through. And they have "Misplaced" our paid rent 6+ times.

Completely unprofessional service! I scheduled to come view an apartment today (June 11, 2022) at 2:00 pm online this week. Not only have I received received text and email messages confirming/reminding me of the scheduled appointment all week I did so this morning. I am now here at the leasing office arriving just before 2:00 pm and nobody is here, door is locked and no return notice. I call the apartment phone and no answer. I took time from my day coming from Vacaville for this. This is not how you treat possible future residents. I can only imagine how poorly this complex is managed and maintained.

UPDATE: Went in the next morning to the front office to tell them what had happened and by the time I drove from the front office to my apartment the maintenance guys were already there. I was surprised by how fast they had gotten to my apt. and within 30-45 minutes they had reinstalled my cabinets as well as fixed my sink. The next couple of days one of the guys came back to do a check up to make sure all is well with the cabinets and tomorrow they will be coming back to fix the overhead for the oven (which broke). In the past it took weeks for them to fix anything but now it's as soon as you tell them they fix it right away. I'm changing my review because they really surprised me with how fast and quick the reinstallation was and the fact that they checked in with us. The cabinets above the oven almost fell on my dog. Only had cake mix, and a bottle of wine, no way would that be heavy enough for it to fall off the walls (especially if they had properly installed the cabinets to the wall). I'm quite upset, just be careful if you decide to live here.
