Absolutely the worse agency around. I get told something different from each worker I speak too. They refuse to lift my non compliance order on me. How am I non compliant, my ex is PAYING child support. Btw they went against my divorce papers and went after my ex even though my papers state he is to pay me directly. Child support don’t do nothing but interfere and destroy co parenting relationships. They lie and told my ex, I told them he didn’t pay in August and I never said that. So they put a back balance on him for August. He submitted the paperwork to show proof he paid, Bc they said that’s what we have to do and now they saying another step has to be made in order to show proof he paid. Child support needs to stop pushing for everyone to go through them when it’s not needed. It’s been 3 months and still have a non compliance order on me. Now that they make my ex pay them first, I don’t get my payments on the 1st of the month anymore, I have to wait on it to process which takes a week or 2.

Well almost had a difficult time but after talking with the lady, she was able to give me a print out after saying she couldn't because my case was closed but she managed to do something after I told her who needed it, which I found it to be very strange, but she got the job done.. I'm hoping to never have to come back to the office in the future.. Now that the Case is Closed....

I literally paid off my child support to get my license reinstated. They said it would be 3-5business days, but nd they didn’t send the letter until 3weeks later when I called because I had gotten pulled over and received a ticket. They didn’t even apologize.

That very good question. I have that same problem. With child support. My kid father pay every moth months to his other kids. My son is the oldest dont get nothing at why is that? Child support need go 50/50 the payment that why got child support so can get our money to use. That why child support need do there job.
Because they don't care and think they're doing you a favor. The whole system is like that.
Most parents in Mississippi aren't receiving anything bc of deadbeat parents working under the table, you upset someone receiving child support I'm supposed to receive child support AND health insurance for my child from the absent parent- child support enforcement in Mississippi is garbage and only want to enforce the cash so they can get a cut, I'd trade every penny to get the court ordered insurance alone, that he has NEVER PROVIDED
