Power was cut off, no warning. After I was on hold for one hour, they say power will be restored between Tuesday and Friday. It's the middle of December. Staff will play their own pre-recorded messages, then eventually hang up. Rinse and repeat a few times, and eventually you will speak with someone who will ask if you have or had covid. I'm just looking to get my power back on.

Customer Service and actual account administration just doesn’t get any worse!!! Their automated system said hold for 3 minutes it’s currently been almost an hour! My bills online and paper from snail mail don’t even match and a balance that was taken care of in 2019 is somehow still showing in my account!!! Also how is this not a monopoly?

Secret Santa put $250 in my account and now magically my bill came up to $178.00 when ever month it's usually $50-$60 a bunch of scammers they read the meter 🤣🤣 then you will see nothing changed from last month to this month I use the same amount every month.

A star is too much to give to this company. They know how to play their monopoly game. It doesn't matter how long you've been with them, they give you no breaks whatsoever. Customer service is a joke! Is like they are reading every single answer. No compassion, no heart. Nothing good to say...

Only by calling credit dept. They take payment and schedule mechanic to do reconnect.
