Okay so I applied to Amazon this location thinking they hire low class felons. Well they do not do not waste your time. I applied over 2 and a half weeks ago and no one called me nothing. Had to call contact support to have them tell me that I half to re-apply on May 21st. Which isn't gonna happen I don't know why anyone applys for this company and location. I see nothing but bad reviews on how they treat there employees as well so kinda happy I didn't get the position.

They treat their associates (regular warehouse employee) as numbers not people. No merit raises, same pay as the person in the corner on cell phone not working, the better worker you are the more work they want from you, Oh yeah no more $ either. In my opinion of course.

You can visit Amazon's website and then founded Contact button.
What do you mean by charging station? Definatly there are some chargung stations for larg number of small batries and some big betries. I guess they are more high quality and big things. Not suitable for home use.
Not sure what that is but there's more than enough parking for all required. Hopefully this can help
This location is very busy year's round.
$15 base Day shifts 10x4, sun-wed/wed-sat Night shifts sun-wed 10x4, thur-sat 12x3 OB (IB same time, but 30 minutes earlier) 0730-1800 1830-0500 1830-0700 for the 12x3
There are several (mixed) opinions on working at Amazon. I would say, see for yourself. Amazon is the first warehouse I've worked at and I love it. Are there challenges or changes that I think could be made? Sure, but I'm also sure people in many other professions or jobs feel similarly. Also, Amazon is so much bigger than just a "warehouse". You can start in the warehouse and end up traveling, teaching, designing, in a corporate office, etc....the possibilities are abundant.
Im not sure but we are hiring most likely AFE packing but u can express u wanna try other stations once hired. I started off in a fe packing and now I work at the Docks impact trucks pool Palat wraps and more. I expressed that I really liked this area so the doc manager switch me permanently with HR. I hope this helps the goal get your foot in the door then you'll no more of your options from there
No there is not
$15.75 last time i checked. 50c raise every 6 months. Cap is $18 for a starter level associate.
You guys do full time
Yes and yes

Amazon/job/Windsor
How long has it been? It might take couple of weeks for the results to come.
Try the packing department as it is the most EASIEST department out of all. Just dont apply for picking. Well only if you have an option to choose. Stow and packing are okay.
Yes there is a cafeteria but no you won't be able to sell food there
Integrity Staffing a temporary agency and you hope you go full time
Go on job finder and look for open positions in the State you want to go. Then talk to HR and they can help you out.
I tried.but may be I went to the wrong sight. I get sent in loops.and never get anywhere. What's. The actual. web Hiring sigh?
Only if it was that easy, but unfortunately they process packages for delivery and other stuff, you can't go in to pick up or buy items.
No go apply @amazonjobswindsor.com you'll have to wait until They email you to schedule appointment
Yes bdl2 is listed, thank you all
Yes, they no longer do it on site
Visit Amazon slash employees
Not here, but there is a dropoff in storrs
There's no exact amount of time it takes for the process, but if you applied for a seasonal position with Amazon's temp agency, Integrity, you should be getting your orientation in the beginning of December. If you applied for a permanent position with Amazon, it could take 3 months or more.
This is not a question.
They don't have one for the public u have to email Amazon it self
Online only
My son worked there. You really have to work your butt off. They expect you to work and keep your numbers high. You get paid for to breaks you don't get paid for lunch you have to punch out.
I really don't know about that unless you work with some Amazon Corporation before and they are rejecting your application you might need to get in touch with Amazon Human Services and ask him about your application
There is not a # for Amazon other than if your an employee if your looking to contact Amazon for work it's Amazon work.comIts a great place to work if your a hard worker people that are lazy or are looking for a easy pay check look else were !
Amazon have had job fairs for their hiring have to find out when the next job fair is I couldn't tell you that is
If you've applied for a permanent position, you need proof of graduation or GED along with a valid state issued ID. As long as you know your SS number, you do not need the card. They will also drug test you and take a photo for your ID. Our temp agency for seasonal hires (Integrity Staffing) may have more lenient requirements.
Nope *edit: they do pickups at the Storrs location I recently found out
