Mitchell Selig Ford is the ONLY place I visit to service my 2006 Focus. The service technicians are thorough, helpful, and honest. Quite a while ago a new salesman in the Hartford office bent down to look at a hanging piece of metal near my muffler and said it would cost hundreds to replace the undercarriage shield and I should just get a new car. Today, I was told the hanging piece was a noise reducer and can be removed without complications. Honesty is why I keep coming back. Great service is why I am completing this review.
