I ordered the window cover from Amazon. Checked the status today. It said the package was delivered on August 4th, but I have never received it. It also said it was shipped through UPS Mail Innovation. I messaged to customer service. Now I have to wait 48 hrs to hear from them. Unbelievable. I payed to Amazon and now have to deal with the shipping company I even never heard about. If they will not deliver this item or provide refund I will contact BBB.

Awful, Awful, Awful. I've had the same exact experience has almost every post I've read. I ordered a swimsuit. Obviously had plans to wear it all summer. It's never arrived. And of course, the item is now sold out from the site. Filed a claim with USPS and they state they've only been sent the electronic information on the package, but the package physically has never made it to their facility. What a scam on the part of UPS. If I could give it ZERO stars I would.

Two packages shipped by seller on 6/1. Supposed to arrive by 6/15. Still not at destinations on 6/17. I signed up for text alerts. Haven’t received any. Seriously? This is part of UPS? Super-fast shipping isn’t always required, but over 2 weeks is ridiculous. USPS would’ve been faster!

Packages go here to die. Three shipments. 3 packages just sitting in New Jersey. Last update was 1/28. Each day the delivery says it’ll be that day by 9 pm. Then 9 comes and it moves up a day. The status keeps changing from “scheduled for pick up today” to “on the way” and back. Unreliable. Useless scans. Painfully slow shipment. If I had known I wasn’t getting standard UPS shipping I never would have ordered from any seller I know uses this useless third party clown service.

This place is ridiculous. I’ve been waiting on something since 11/30 … if this is a sorting facility they suck at their job.
You cant pick up packages at that location, its not open to the public

Understanding how Mail Innovations operates may help. They pick up from the company that ships your order and bring it to the facility closest to the shipper. There they determine what Mail Innovations facility is closest to your delivery address and send it there mostly via truck but some longer distance pieces will go by air. When it reaches this facility it is sorted to the level of what post office it will go to. Most pieces go to a post office that is in the same city or town it will be delivered in. This whole process can take 2 to 5 days on average depending on distance. Once the post office has the piece it generally is delivered in 24 to 48 hours depending on the time of day it arrived and staffing at that post office. But some pieces, particularly heavy ones will go to National Distribution Centers and take longer. All of this results in an average of 5 days end to end but obviously can vary.
What is your issue with Mail Innovations?
UPS Mail Innovations uses the post office for the final delivery. Once a package is in their possession they have no way to redirect it. You may possibly be able to do something with the post office to redirect all your mail but that is a different question.
