i have a package that was supposed to be delivered December 8!!!! no updated tracking and you do not answer the phone!!!!!!!!!!!!!! every time some thing of mine ships with you i cringe!!!!!!!!!

This place is ridiculous. I’ve been waiting on something since 11/30 … if this is a sorting facility they suck at their job.

Terri, the ups mail in general is backed up across the country. My suggestion to you is to contact the company you ordered from and tell them it has not been received. UPS MAIL INNOVATIONS is only a warehouse that processes mail that needs to be returned to which ever companies the products come from. I hope that this has helped you. I apologize for the inconvenience and stress that you are enduring.

We have nothing to do with delivering packages we process packages to be shipped out to whatever facility that does the delivery
