It’s 12/22, my package has been in transit for 27 days! But arrived in my zip code on 12/2 pending acceptance by that facility. Each day the status says will be delivered on that day by 9pm. Is there no way to file a claim with you?

I'm having the same issue. It's very annoying to say the least. Contacted the company. We'll see how that goes.

I had the same issues. I did get a refund from the seller. At least try and get shipping fee back.
