The CS was helpful as usual. Just wish the call senter (1 * at best) could take care of things, saving an uber trip since can't drive due to handicap.

I've been dealing with them for over a year and things are going well.
Or you can sit there and talk to the automated system till you get to a representative or agent depending on what they're calling it this week but I found out that if you really have a problem call them in the morning not at night because the people at night seem to know nothing about what to do about anything
Log in to the Paperless Billing page(located under the Settings portion of My Account).
Toggle Paperless Billing to On.

If you have Xfinity for your cable and phone service. I'd call them and ask them your question. I'm not a Techno person. It took me four months to figure out the way to get my voicemails. Always call the professionals.
can i set up a appointment with a take, i am having issues with my cable in the wall in masterbedroom, i have tried all three boxes they all work except for masterbedroom.

Yes you can set up an appointment, you can also just call Xfinity and have a tech come to your home, there will be a charge. I could be a problem with just the cable coming into your bedroom
The store is open Monday through Friday 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Saturday 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. according to their website

They're open the one off of Colonial they open at 8 a.m. . I had to go there twice in the past couple weeks if you don't have a mask they give you one and I was in and out of there within 15 minutes

Call 1800 Xfinity and they'll reset. Worked for me
All you have to do is just go to the store bring your old equipment and I'll give you new equipment back you may have to pay a little bit more all stay on the same plan don't let them push you for anything higher than you want. And if you do get something get the tower that's a new modem router that's mixed together. That's my opinion
They are open from 12-5pm give them a call, but you may have to install it yourself. It's pretty easy. Good luck 🤞🏽

If you look in your package there's a little stick they're wrong with a tip you have to use that to take your sim card out of the top of your phone have to stick it in the little hole push it down and up and then they'll come out your sim card and your data card is in there at the same time so when you open it be careful they're real small. It should be in the box where your phone came in it's a little pin stuck in a little plastic cardboard it looks like an egg and it has a long pin in it that's how you take your sim card out from the top of your phone you see a little hole. I hope this will help you out.
I had my equipment for a very long time, I wasn't charged so your fine. Just send it back n the same box your new equipment came n they give you a return label. Or just go to any location and drop it off. They are so nice about it. And they won't lose a customer over ANYTHING!
I'm not for sure . You can't call the store it self but if you call the 800 number of Comcast they and ask for the phone department they will tell you everything that you want to know.
The three times I have gone to this Comcast store in Fort Myers located off of Six Mile Cypress Parkway. I have had good experiences and good customer service.
