Came to fancy’s years ago and tried their fried chicken and waffles. I was blown away. It was the best combo I had ever had before! This was my third time coming back. I’ll be honest, this time around my chicken and waffles weren’t as amazing as I remembered them being. The workers weren’t the most friendly but they were indeed helpful and did their job well. Alexis (the bartender) did her job especially well. I had ordered a mimosa but due to previous travels I had left my ID in a different bag then the one I had brought. I was a bit disappointed I couldn’t order a drink but was also impressed with the fact that Alexis wouldn’t let me buy one without seeing my ID. Although it wasn’t quite a mimosa, Alexis offered me an orange juice instead. I agreed. Overall, I met some nice people at the bar and was able to enjoy my time. I ended up spending close to $32 for a $3 orange juice, $20 chicken and waffles and 20% tip. This is a beautiful place to enjoy a drink or two and enjoy a good dish. I didn’t think the chicken and waffles were worth what I spent but I would definitely go back to try a different dish!

Reservation are recommended. To be safe. The location is small so be safe and call ahead. Lunch during the week is not bad for walk-in but make reservations if you go for dinner.

I am not sure if you eat cheese or not but there is fried orca, green tomatoes, cheese grit, and multiple salads that you could ask for the meat to be left off of. Their menus are on the website too. Some of my vegan friends eat dairy and some do not. Sorry I couldnt offer more!

Every other table cleaned table and chairs before we sat down
We went on Easter without a reservation and were able to sit on the patio. Highly recommend Fancy's!
