Pizza was one of the worst I’ve had honestly. Everything tasted artificial and stale. Not gonna come back. Way too expensive for the quality. The chicken chunks don’t look like fresh chicken. Food took like an hour to come out for only two items. Ended up feeling really sick after eating the food. Would not recommend

Came on a Tuesday for half priced pizza. Pizza was great. Wine was great. Service was great. And the vibes were great. 5 stars. Highly recommend.

The food and staff? Great! The KJ (Karaoke Jockey)? Horrible! I'll start off by saying he is NEVER on time. Mona Lisa's says Karaoke starts at 9. The KJ didn't arrive until 9:15, and Karaoke didn't start until 9:45. I also used to KJ, and one of the main rules is that as a KJ you don't sing if you have multiple people in line. He did, and sang multiple times. He also said that someone I know couldn't sing because the previous time he sang, he asked for reverb, so when he went to sing again, he was told he wasn't allowed to sing because he was "rude". I should mention that we had a party of at least 18 people who were ordering drinks, and food, and because of the KJ we all left. At the time we left (11:15) the bill was over $500, and we were planning on closing with the place, so they lost out on a potential extra $500. It's a shame that a KJ has that much influence over this restaurant. I asked to speak to a manager, but no one would speak to me. I have heard in the past about issues at Mona Lisa, and had experienced them myself over a decade ago, but after many years, I decided to give it another shot. Only to say that I will probably never be back.
