This place has a stunning view of the Caloosahatchee river. I mean; watching the sunset from this place is a breathtaking experience. There’s a lot of wildlife around. The building is in a good condition. There is plenty of parking places and it’s strategically located close to everything worth visiting in old town Fort Myers.

Not pleased with the outcome of the manager Ron Heator. If i could rate him personally i would, and that would be a zero!!!! Don't get me wrong the building was beautiful. But everything that was promised wasn't done. The stove didn't work as expected. Then he has the audacity to keep the deposit. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. And that's only because of him!!!

Had a wedding here just recently and they were all very accommodating and helpful especially Brian and Gail. Made the day a lot easier. The view of the water was beautiful and only added to the ambience of this place. Would definitely recommend anyone having a wedding to choose here. 😊

No charge... Public pier... You might have a few strangers at your quick ceremony...

We've rented multiple times. My event is the photo with pink decor. It cost us about $1200. The $200-$250 is refundable deposit. Ask for Gayle to work the day of your event she's amazing and very helpful.
Yepper. As said above they have a kitchen for use, but you must bring in your own food or hire and outside catering company
Hey Sonia, you have to go to city of Ft Myers downtown. Its off main street on the left side. And you have to sign a contract, they will give you all the prices the longest time is 8 hours for like a $1500.00 I believe. And you get back 250.00$ deposit. Give the city of Ft Myers a call.
