I'm reading reviews about xfinity....I'm not sure I want to drive clear to Ft Myers to get a modem & get the service that people are complaining about....Has your service at your store improved?

The three times I have gone to this Comcast store in Fort Myers located off of Six Mile Cypress Parkway. I have had good experiences and good customer service.

I,ve got just basic tv, I just have Xfinity mainly for the internet,and they sent everything i needed through the mail so give them a call don't let them talk over you they like to get control of the situation.good luck .D.J.T

Yes the service there is pretty good from the couple times I've been there.
