Or you can sit there and talk to the automated system till you get to a representative or agent depending on what they're calling it this week but I found out that if you really have a problem call them in the morning not at night because the people at night seem to know nothing about what to do about anything
Agree you have to go in, otherwise you go online and set up an appointment, they do take walk in also, they are pretty efficient here at getting to you
