I tried to find your store on Pine Island Road and couldn't find it. I was to,have my motem returned yesterday to avoid a no return fee. Will,I be able to return it today and not Have to pay the fee?

I had my equipment for a very long time, I wasn't charged so your fine. Just send it back n the same box your new equipment came n they give you a return label. Or just go to any location and drop it off. They are so nice about it. And they won't lose a customer over ANYTHING!
