I will say that the people at this store treated me like family. They were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make my VACUMM like new. They even let me use a part till the one I needed came off back order with Dyson. They had exceptional communication and I am thrilled to have found a store that cares and treats customers like gold. You d9nt experience that very much in the world we live in. I believe this is a family buisness ,and I told them that I didn't mind driving a few more minutes for the attention to detail, the time they take explaining every question i had ,and the comfortable experience I always have recieved here. They are very reasonably priced, knowledgable, and honestly you can hear it in their voices that they care about their customers. The are efficient and had my VACUMM working and good as new way before I thought it would be ready. If your unsure about your Dyson, if it's not picking up very well or it's just not running like it was when you first got it.... .BRING it here. !!! I brought my sears kenmore sewing machine in to be fixed and tuned up--they called me back the next day and said was ready--I picked it up and asked if he had looked at the problem--they said it was all fixed--it was not--I do not believe they even touched the machine except to run some red material under it--I am extremely disappointed in the service and the fact the couple that was there did not tell me the truth about repair--would never recommend them--they got my money and did nothing!
